This website is operated by ShamuWare Academy & Consulting ("ShamuWare," "we," "us"), based in Wayne, New Jersey, serving clients remotely. This notice explains what information the site collects and how it's used.
Information you provide directly
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, work email, company, role, preferred contact method, and the summary you provide. That information is used only to respond to your inquiry — it is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.
Please don't send confidential information
The contact form is not intended for source code, credentials, production data, or other confidential or sensitive material. Please don't include it in a submission.
Campaign attribution (UTM parameters)
When you arrive from a marketing link containing campaign parameters (

), the site stores those values in your browser's session storage — not a cookie — so
the same attribution can be carried to the contact form or scheduling link if you
navigate the site before reaching out. This data clears when you close your browser
session, is never sent to a third party by this site directly, and the site works
identically if these parameters are absent or storage is unavailable.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not load any analytics or advertising script by default. If an analytics tool is enabled in the future, this notice will be updated first to describe what it collects.
Third-party services
If you use the scheduling link, you'll be taken to a third-party scheduling provider with its own privacy practices. If you email us directly, that message is handled through our email provider.
Data retention
Contact-form inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted.
